Shipping & Processing
Order Processing.
Items that are in stock will usually ship within 48 hours of payment Monday - Friday, not including holidays.
COVID-19 Policy.
Due to Covid-19 orders may include longer processing times due to delays in us receiving a product that may not be in stock. Your order will begin processing immediately upon receipt of all items in your orders. We put all shipments through a sanitization process to ensure the safety of our staff, and our valued customers. We DO NOT process partial orders.
Shipping Carriers.
Domestic (U.S.) orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. The carrier is automatically selected by shipping software so that your items are sent in the most efficient way. (Please note, P.O. Box and APO orders can only be sent via USPS.)
International orders ship via DHL Express.
International Orders: Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees.
All items purchased on our site are shipped from the USA. Depending on the value of the products purchased, your country’s customs agency may, at their sole discretion, determine that you owe an import duty, tax (e.g. VAT), or customs clearance fee in order to receive your items.
Each country determines duties and taxes differently. Nubian Elixir IS NOT responsible for these costs and will not process refunds for packages “returned to sender” as a result of non-payment of duties and fees.
Lost Packages.
Nubian Elixir is not responsible for lost or stolen packages but we will do our best to help! If your package is missing, please email right away: support@nubianelixir.com . Please include your name and order # so that we may help file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Please note, once a product is picked up from Nubian Elixir, it is legally the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier. That said, we will do our best to help you.
